Role: Java AWS Tech Lead
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Duration: Fulltime
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development team by providing technical direction and guidance for end-to-end tech delivery.
- Participate in security meetings and lead the presentation of technical solutions in architectural forums.
- Build high-performance, scalable, and robust applications.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new industry-standard processes and tools to enhance development capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to software quality standards and engaging in code reviews.
- Participate in incident awareness and support handling.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Java (core and framework), Spring Framework (MVC/Batch), Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, and Jenkins.
- Deep hands-on expertise with SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, and database concepts, along with working knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery, and XML Query.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, Oracle Coherence, Mule, Solace, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development/project environment.
