Contract Duration: 6 Months
Travel Requirement: Yes, travel to Bank branches (Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield, Bradford, Gateshead, Chester) with company car provided.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM UKT, with occasional out-of-hours support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of desktop support experience (preferably in banking or multi-branch operations).
- Full, clean UK manual driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on IT support at Bank stores for IT equipment (PCs, IP phones, printers, tablets, digital displays, etc.).
- Conduct bi-monthly IT health checks, report findings, and liaise with store managers.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow within SLA.
- Train store colleagues on IT equipment usage and troubleshooting.
- Document and update procedural knowledge for internal use.
- Identify and escalate technical defects for further investigation.
- Support major incidents, assisting with troubleshooting and resolution.
- Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects, including store openings, closures, equipment rollouts, and software updates.
- Ensure security compliance by following approval processes for service requests.
- Provide occasional support for Desktop Support and 1st Line Support teams.
