About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Architect – Fusion to lead and drive business design across a large-scale transformation program. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating models, and technology solutions, while enabling seamless delivery across multiple domains. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and business functions to shape transformation initiatives, define roadmaps, and ensure value-driven outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Architecture & Design
- Own end-to-end business design across the Fusion program including processes, capabilities, and organizational models
- Ensure alignment across key domains such as HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Payroll
- Act as the central point for business design governance and cross-functional consistency
- Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices
- Operating Model & Transformation
- Define and manage target and transitional operating models
- Evaluate impacts across people, process, technology, and data
- Drive adoption and implementation of operating model changes
- Demand & Change Management
- Shape and prioritize demand into IT workstreams
- Lead development of business cases, cost estimates, and value assessments
- Ensure effective delivery of change initiatives balancing risk, cost, and business value
- Roadmap & Strategic Planning
- Develop and maintain business architecture roadmaps
- Align investments across people, process, and technology
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder & Collaboration
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business and IT
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, delivery teams, and portfolio management
- Facilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, and solution delivery
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor Business Analysts across the program
- Ensure quality, consistency, and traceability of business analysis outputs
- Support development of business architecture and analysis capabilities
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- MBA or relevant certifications (PRINCE2, ITIL, BA Diploma) are a plus
- Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Business Architecture / Business Analysis / IT transformation
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Payroll)
- Experience in portfolio, program, and project management
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in leading teams and driving large-scale transformation programs
