Job Details

Role Title: Enterprise Architect

Required Core Skills:

  1. Functional understanding and ability to demonstrate implementation of end-to-end CRM solution using Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Cloud.
  2. Background in Visualforce, Visual Workflow, APEX, Process Builder with ability to design, code, debug, analyze performance of solutions.
  3. Experience in designing and developing integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST API.

Nice to have skills:

  1. Good communication and leadership skills.
  2. Strong understanding of SAFe-based Agile SDLC implementation, able to converse with C-suite stakeholders.

Minimum years of experience: 12+

Detailed Job Description

  • Should have previously played the role of Salesforce Enterprise Architect.
  • Ability to converse with C-suite stakeholders and establish trusted relationships with IPSD organization to understand program and project objectives, communicating these effectively.
  • Exposure and experience working with technologies like SAP, Snowflake, Snaplogic, etc.
  • Lead strategic solutioning, creating and maintaining the IT roadmap, leading architecture solutions supporting divisional projects aligned with business goals, seeking synergy opportunities, and developing business-relevant IT roadmaps and application evolution plans.
  • Ensure clear handover processes at project commencement, staying engaged to ensure successful delivery of business value.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within the broader E&T Salesforce community, sharing needs and solutions, and communicating successes for synergy or replication.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce and relevant IT trends, articulating findings in terms of business value or cost savings.
  • Consider application rationalization, removal of technical debt, and cybersecurity alignment when creating roadmaps.
  • Collaborate to establish a shared information portfolio for exploring future opportunities and quick wins.
  • Accountable for the CRM portion of the Business-Related IT Strategy, reporting quarterly revisions to IT leaders and senior business partners.
  • Contribute to IT process improvements and provide feedback on delivery partner performance.
