- Provide thought leadership, collateral, consultation and engagement on multiple items like:
- ServeCo - Netco Implementation – Previous clients where done etc as well as information from clients where this has happened (Telenet / Wyre) from an observational standpoint
- Wholesale unit set up and ISP onboarding (Virgin Media Ireland, BT Openreach) with specific regulatory actions and pitfalls
- Telecom Stack Optimization – Across products – Rationalization of telecom stacks, Opportunities for refactoring products and improve utilization, provide cost benefits
