Job Summary:
- Key Requirements Experience:
- 5+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles, ideally with exposure to financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- 10+ years in IT, with demonstrated expertise in both on-premise infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of networking, security, Onprem/cloud (AWS/Azure), databases, event streaming (Kafka), observability, and automation (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Linux/Windows OS, Kubernetes, and enterprise storage solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
- A good understanding of Confluence, Jira, Splunk, Dynatrace and other Project and Network tools.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Documentation:
- Strong skills in documenting solution architectures, technical patterns, and deployment guides.
- Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure) are highly desirable.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience architecting SaaS or multi-tenant solutions.
- Background in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
