We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to support a large-scale Oracle HCM implementation and rollout programme.

Location: Warwick, UK

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite

IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and deliver end-user training for Oracle HCM rollout
  • Develop training strategy, materials, and user guides
  • Coordinate training schedules across multiple business units
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and change management teams
  • Support system adoption and user readiness activities
  • Manage training communication and engagement plans
  • Track training completion and effectiveness metrics

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Training Manager in large ERP/HCM programmes
  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM implementation or rollout projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and global users
  • Experience in change management and user adoption is highly desirable
  • Background in HR systems or transformation projects preferred

Nice to Have

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification or exposure
  • Experience in global rollouts or large enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Agile project environments
