Job Summary:
Duration: 6 months contract
Please note this is a fully remote role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support configuration and updates across Workday and business processes
- Assist with documentation of configuration, business process flows, and system changes
- Develop and execute test scripts for system related changes and enhancements
- Support testing cycles, including defect tracking and follow-up
- Participate in project discussions to gather requirements and clarify system behaviour
- Track and support project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Partner with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressing and issues are addressed
- Assist with data validation and reporting checks as needed
- Support release activities including testing and documentation updates
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and business process framework
- Ability to document processes and configuration clearly and consistently
- Experience with testing support, including test script creation and execution
- Basic project management skills (task tracking, timelines, follow-ups)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail oriented with ability to follow structured processes
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of Workday experience (HCM focused)
- Experience supporting Workday configuration and business process updates
- Experience supporting testing and release cycles
- Exposure to project coordination or milestone tracking preferred
- Experience working in global environments a plus
