We are looking for an experienced Senior Java L3 Support / Production Support Engineer to join a fast-paced Banking & Financial Services environment supporting mission-critical trading and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Java applications
- Troubleshoot complex production incidents across Linux/Unix environments
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely resolution within SLA
- Support middleware technologies including Kafka, MQ, EMS, Control-M, and APIs
- Monitor applications using Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or similar tools
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams
- Support deployments, releases, batch jobs, and production changes
- Debug Java applications, logs, integrations, and database-related issues
- Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations
