Role Overview: We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support the governance and delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The PMO Analyst will manage schedules, dashboards, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) data to ensure accurate reporting and effective decision-making. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management
    • Maintain and update program and project schedules in alignment with delivery milestones.
    • Track progress against timelines and escalate delays or missed dependencies.
  • Dashboard & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain PMO dashboards to provide visibility into program health, progress, and KPIs.
    • Prepare regular status reports for PMO Lead, Program Managers, and Steering Committees.
  • RAID Management
    • Own and maintain the RAID log, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
    • Support risk and issue management processes, including escalation and mitigation planning.
  • Governance Support
    • Assist in PMO governance activities, including compliance checks, documentation, and audit readiness.
    • Facilitate PMO meetings, capture action items, and track follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in PMO or project coordination roles within large-scale IT programs.
  • Familiarity with SAP implementation lifecycle and related governance processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint, Excel).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of PMO methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to financial services or supranational banking environments.

Work Environment:

High-visibility role within a multi-country SAP program. Hybrid working model with potential onsite presence during critical phases – 4 days/week in London.
