We are currently supporting a major transformation programme within the banking sector and are looking for an experienced IAM Tech Developer to join a large-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation initiative targeted for delivery in 2026.

Location: Sheffield, UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automating application build, configuration, and maintenance within Windows environments
  • Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts from scratch
  • Building automation tasks using Ansible
  • Managing repositories within GitHub
  • Developing and integrating REST APIs with target systems
  • Supporting enterprise-scale secure infrastructure environments
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining highly resilient systems
  • Working collaboratively across global engineering teams

Essential Skills:

  • Strong hands-on PowerShell scripting
  • Ansible automation experience
  • GitHub repository management
  • REST API development/integration
  • Strong Windows Server / OS administration experience
  • Enterprise infrastructure support experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Experience working in regulated enterprise environments

Desirable Skills:

  • PAM tools experience – especially Delinea Secret Server
  • MS SQL knowledge
  • HashiCorp Vault or similar Secrets Management solutions
  • Banking or large global enterprise experience
