We’re delivering a net-new, highly innovative, modular Identity & Access Management (IAM) programme and are looking for an experienced Cost Benefit Analyst to quantify tangible cost savings and demonstrate strategic ROI for this high-value cyber security initiative.

About the Role

Reporting to the Programme Director, you will be part of a dynamic, highly skilled global team. You’ll analyse efficiency savings, opportunity costs, and overall programme cost-effectiveness to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse roles, teams, and processes to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Build and maintain robust cost and financial models
  • Track savings trends and financial performance metrics
  • Evaluate operational process cost-effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders globally
  • Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior management

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, or accounting
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience working in complex, global organisations
  • Exposure to technology, cyber security, or IAM programmes is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively
