We’re delivering a net-new, highly innovative, modular Identity & Access Management (IAM) programme and are looking for an experienced Cost Benefit Analyst to quantify tangible cost savings and demonstrate strategic ROI for this high-value cyber security initiative.
About the Role
Reporting to the Programme Director, you will be part of a dynamic, highly skilled global team. You’ll analyse efficiency savings, opportunity costs, and overall programme cost-effectiveness to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse roles, teams, and processes to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Build and maintain robust cost and financial models
- Track savings trends and financial performance metrics
- Evaluate operational process cost-effectiveness
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders globally
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior management
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, or accounting
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience working in complex, global organisations
- Exposure to technology, cyber security, or IAM programmes is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively
