Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Banking/Financial Services domain expertise to lead and deliver complex transformation and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors.
- Drive project governance, reporting, UAT, implementation, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
- Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies .
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience , preferably within Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong experience managing complex transformation or technology projects.
- Excellent stakeholder, leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulatory environments.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps , or similar tools.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification is desirable.
