Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead the technical solution design and delivery for key projects. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, working closely with IS leads and clients to provide high-quality, scalable solutions. This role involves full lifecycle technical leadership from problem definition through to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture and technical tracks for projects.
  • Design and implement enterprise integration solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality code, review work, and guide junior developers.
  • Conduct PoCs and propose innovative technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of software development and design experience.
  • 5+ years in solution architecture and integration.
  • Expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPM Suite, ORDS, and PL/SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of API-first design, OpenAPI / API Blueprint.
  • Experience with API Management platforms.
  • Proficiency with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD.
  • Familiarity with OAuth2, OWSM, SSO for secure implementations.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, WebLogic, and Oracle databases.
  • Strong adherence to coding best practices and performance optimization.
