As an EUX (EUC) Technical Lead you will work within a large enterprise environment and be responsible for managing, securing and improving the Aviation Loyalty End User Experience. Using a suite of Microsoft cloud tools (primarily Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and Intune) you will have a strong focus on designing, building, securing and maintaining technology services to high operational standards, with an eye for detail and an end user experience mindset.
Working with vendors and our EUX support team (both onshore and offshore) to solve complicated technical problems and implement efficient new processes. This role is critical in modernising workplace technology, improving security posture, and transitioning the organisation toward a best practice Microsoft‑led modern workplace and device management solution.
- Help define and evolve the technical elements of Aviation Loyalty’s EUX strategy and roadmap
- Apply enterprise EUX best practices to drive technology transformation, efficient processes and easy to manage solutions
- Lead Microsoft 365 EUX solution design and adoption, with strong focus on AI Enablement within Microsoft 365
- Stay up to date on Microsoft’s evolving technology roadmap, including new and emerging services, determining how they can benefit Aviation Loyalty
- Translate Microsoft capabilities into practical, enterprise‑ready EUX solutions that are fit for purpose, particularly across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
- Drive the transition from legacy device management (SCCM) to modern Intune device management across all device types
- Define future state hardware asset and software asset strategy, standards, and governance
- Align endpoint management policies and configuration with EUX, security, and productivity goals
- Proven experience leading EUX change, not just supporting it, particularly within environments undergoing major modern workplace transformation
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, with emphasis on:
- M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure based AI capabilities
- Hands‑on experience with Intune and modern endpoint management, including Autopilot, WHfB, MDM/MAM policies, Apple DEP, Google Play, Samsung Knox, and AVD/W365 technologies
- Excellent capability in scripting, particularly with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Robust understanding of Microsoft’s enterprise technology direction and roadmap
