We are looking for an experienced Senior Java L3 Support / Production Support Engineer to join a fast-paced Banking & Financial Services environment supporting mission-critical trading and enterprise applications.

Location: London, UK (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Java applications
  • Troubleshoot complex production incidents across Linux/Unix environments
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely resolution within SLA
  • Support middleware technologies including Kafka, MQ, EMS, Control-M, and APIs
  • Monitor applications using Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or similar tools
  • Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams
  • Support deployments, releases, batch jobs, and production changes
  • Debug Java applications, logs, integrations, and database-related issues
  • Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations
