Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions across business and technology teams.
  • Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Reference Data initiatives.

  • Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support data mapping, data lineage, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution.
  • Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and governance standards.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
