Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Junior Support Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting the Odyssey project. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth project execution by managing scheduling, handling incident management tasks, and providing comprehensive assistance to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones and tasks.
  • Incident Management: Monitor, track, and manage project incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Project Support: Act as a reliable assistant to the Project Manager by preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and following up on action items.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, incident logs, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential risks and issues and contribute to developing mitigation plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements within project management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project support, project coordination, or junior project management roles.
  • Proven experience in scheduling and incident management within complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
