- SAP Datasphere testing on Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, Analytical Models.
- Semantic modelling and business layer design.
HR Domain Knowledge for Testing:
- Deep understanding of HR processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Compensation.
- Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics.
SuccessFactors Integration for Testing:
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs.
- Modelling data from Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation modules.
Data Management on Testing:
- Data harmonization, transformation, and governance.
- Experience with MDFC/CDW or similar HR data warehouses.
Other Skills:
- SQL, Data Modelling best practices.
- Knowledge of SAC Planning and integration with Datasphere.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and security.
