Job Description

Role: Data Retention Manager

Location: Preferred – Sheffield / Birmingham, UK(Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Duration of Contract: 6 Months

Data Retention Management is responsible for ensuring that the full lifecycle of records from creation, storage and timely disposition is in line with legal and regulatory retention schedules across the UK Bank. Example responsibilities include ensure controls are designed and operating effectively to mitigate data risk, lead the UK data retention governance forum and represent the interests of UK business data retention across data management governance forums and monitor key data quality metrics and key data storage control indicators.
