N-Compass is seeking a Carers Information & Support Officer for Knowsley Carers to help unpaid carers access information, guidance and support. The role is a fixed-term contract (12 months maternity leave cover) with hybrid working and 21 hours per week.
You will provide information and advice, carry out conversations and assessments, signpost services, build strong relationships with carers and partners, and maintain accurate records while supporting wellbeing and resilience.
