Lead our First Contact Team at N-Compass, where advocacy is a commitment to ensuring every individual is heard, respected and supported to have choice and control in their lives. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Duty Advocacy Team Leader to lead our frontline advocacy service. This is a pivotal role where you’ll guide a dedicated team, shape service delivery, and ensure people receive high-quality, responsive support when they need it most.

The Duty Advocacy team serves as the first point of contact for all Advocacy services, responsible for receiving, triaging, and assessing the eligibility of referrals across multiple channels, including telephone, email, online chat, and post. About the role

  • Lead and support a team delivering responsive duty advocacy services
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred support at the first point of contact
  • Provide coaching, guidance and supervision to develop your team’s confidence and capability
  • Monitor performance, quality and demand, helping shape service improvements

Hours
