About N-Compass: N-Compass delivers advocacy services on behalf of local authorities across Blackburn with Darwen, Westmorland & Furness and Bury. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who live in or near these areas.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver multi‑specialist advocacy across various types including:
- IMCA and IMHA
- Care Act advocacy
- DoLS representation
- RPR/Rule 1.2 Representative
- Children and Young People's Advocacy
- Health Complaints and Generic Advocacy
Managing your own caseload, you'll support individuals in various settings, including those who may lack capacity. You'll ensure their wishes and views remain central to decision‑making. You'll produce reports and maintain accurate records on our case management system.
What We're Looking For: You must hold the Level 4 Independent Advocacy qualification. We welcome applicants with experience in any area of advocacy. You don't need to have delivered all types listed, and you'll have opportunities to further develop your practice.
