About the role n-compass are looking to recruit a Volunteer, Peer and Self Advocacy Coordinator. The role is to cover the Knowsley and wider Merseyside area, to recruit, induct, train and retain volunteers and peer advocates, to offer 1-2-1 and group support to individuals who dont meet the criteria for statutory and non-statutory Advocacy. About you We are looking for people with the ability tomentor, supervise and line manage volunteers including supporting their personal development; the ability to develop/maintain partnerships with a range of stakeholders; and the abilityof setting and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients, families/carers, and professionals.Most importantly, we are looking for people who are highly motivated, hardworking, flexible and who really want to make a difference.
