We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Logistics team! As a Team Leader for N Brown, you will manage operational processes, resources, and colleagues within our Logistics operation. You will ensure an excellent customer experience for all internal and external customers, meeting objectives and SLAs, and you will promote a culture of continuous improvement. We are seeking passionate leaders who serve as role models for our core behaviours and advocate our company culture.
Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off. Working hours: 2pm to 1:30am. Location: Our Logistics hub is in Shaw, Oldham, accessible via Tram (a few minutes walk) or by car (free parking available).
Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, motivate, train, and develop Logistics colleagues to meet operational objectives.
- Accurately log colleague time and attendance; manage absences per company policy.
- Maintain health & safety standards, including COVID measures, ensuring a safe, clean environment.
- Achieve production and compliance targets and SLAs, optimizing resource use and responding to plan adjustments.
- Manage departmental budgets through effective planning and performance management.
- Review performance and quality, provide weekly cost analysis, and investigate MI trends.
- Be flexible with shift start/finish times to support operational needs, including overtime.
- Manage multiple departments beyond your main area, supporting process improvements using lean six sigma methodologies.
