We're looking for a Project CRM Assistant to join our CRM team. What will you do as a Project CRM Assistant here at N Brown?

  • Support the end-to-end process of creation and deployment of targeted and personalised CRM campaigns (Email, Push, Paper & SMS) to achieve the commercial targets.
  • Work within the CRM team to support the development and growth of the customer base.
  • Play a contributing role in the creation of weekly, monthly & seasonal plans and objectives to maximise response.
  • Utilise customer segmentation to deliver targeted customer programmes driving profitable performance.
  • Produce weekly results and analysis, supplying recommendations for future actions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure the commercial objectives are met effectively, efficiently, on time and within budget.

What skills and experience will you have?

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn with a knowledge of CRM.
  • Experience of working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant Marketing degree.
  • Microsoft suites and experience with CRM tools and systems.

Ways of Working

We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you're in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we're perfectly located, plus we're surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat! Our working hours are 36.17 per week and our core working hours are between 10am - 4pm. Given we don't have strict working hours you can find the working pattern that's right for you.
