Responsibilities:

  • Support the end‑to‑end process of creation and deployment of targeted and personalised CRM campaigns (Email, Push, Paper & SMS) to achieve the commercial targets.
  • Work within the CRM team to support the development and growth of the customer base, contributing to the creation of weekly, monthly & seasonal plans and objectives to maximise response.
  • Utilise customer segmentation to deliver targeted customer programmes driving profitable performance.
  • Produce weekly results and analysis, supplying recommendations for future actions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure commercial objectives are met effectively, efficiently, on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn with a knowledge of CRM.
  • Experience working in a complex and fast‑paced environment.
  • Relevant Marketing degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suites and experience with CRM tools and systems.
