Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of the retail trade plan to contribute to the demand targets for the website/app and product categories.
  • Briefing and signing off creative to deliver the retail trade plan for the website/app home page and other promotional pages and campaigns.
  • Proactively trading the website in-season by proposing and implementing reactive activity when required.
  • Analysis of the online demand and conversion activity and metrics and customer online behaviour, including completion of all required weekly and adhoc reports.
  • Supporting the Ecomm Mgr and working cross-functionally with the Digital, Optimisation and CRM teams to ensure that objectives are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised.
  • Implementation of the category product plans and activity, working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams.
  • Oversee ad-hoc requests to ensure service messages are up to date on site/app.
  • Monitor competitor and market activity and report back to key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the delivery of brand campaigns onsite.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing & product stakeholders to deliver engaging content in line with the strategy, brand DNA and USPs.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience of marketing ideally gained in a fast-paced ecommerce trading role.
  • Ability to interpret data and site metrics.
  • Good campaign and project management skills as the role will be fast paced and dynamic.
  • A flexible approach and exceptional time management skills are essential.
  • You will need to be comfortable managing a varied workload whilst maintaining accuracy.
