The role involves working in a fast-paced customer centric team, supporting a performance focused CRM strategy to engage and encourage customers to respond and convert, driving loyalty, profitability and lifetime value. You will support the day-to-day delivery of the CRM strategy, working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
You will support on end-to-end campaigns from briefing to sending across email, push, SMS and paper, always following industry best practice. As the customer champion, you will use customer insight and data to deliver focused campaigns that encourage customers to engage and convert, driving loyalty, profitability and lifetime value. You will implement new ideas and testing to optimise channel growth and performance in line with KPIs and benchmarks.
A day in the life of a CRM Assistant includes:
- Delivering multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, Paper and more
- Using customer segmentation, targeting and testing to improve key metrics such as open rates, click through, conversion and ROI
- Maintaining customer lifecycle programmes e.g. Welcome, Winback, Re-engage
- Maintaining automated behavioural programmes e.g. Abandoned Bag
- Driving customer loyalty through schemes and key moments
- Working collaboratively with other departments such as Creative, Trade, Product & Data
- Developing understanding of customer behaviour and drivers to increase order frequency and reactivate lapsing customers
What are we looking for?
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Strong work ethic and ambition & eagerness to learn and develop CRM knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team
- Relevant degree or equivalent desirable
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing/retail role desirable
- Competent user of MS Excel and other MS Office programmes

Ways of Working: We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!
Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5-days. We don’t have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
