Buyer's Admin Assistant
The Buyer's Admin Assistant role reports to a Buyer/Senior Buyer, working together to deliver the best ranges for our customers, manages the administration of a given department ensuring all systems are kept up to date.
The aim is to deliver a profitable customer‑centric range and provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the category.
- Day in the life of a Buying Admin Assistant at N Brown
- Maintaining CP, communicating with suppliers regularly to ensure key deadlines are met and any risks to deliveries are highlighted in advance and shared with the wider team.
- Regular CP calls to help build supplier relationships.
- Setting up new styles in our internal systems.
- Providing administrative support to the Assistant buyer and the wider team.
- Sample management: organising and preparing samples for shoots.
- Carrying out online comparative shopping to develop and maintain knowledge of the current marketplace.
- Assisting team meetings – helping prepare for monthly reviews and sign‑offs.
- Prepping for fit sessions.
- Additional ad‑hoc tasks.
