We’re seeking a Procurement Category Manager – Indirect to join our Procurement team. This is a non-product buying role, involving direct stakeholder engagement and autonomous initiative management. We value our culture and encourage you to review our core values before applying.

As a Category Manager, you will drive value through sourcing and negotiations, ensuring optimal solutions and stakeholder satisfaction. You will develop and review strategic plans for suppliers and contracts, utilizing supply and demand levers to generate tangible business value. Your responsibilities include managing spend, facilitating supplier relationships, and overseeing the P2P process from onboarding to payment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update strategic plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and challenge commercial models to optimize outcomes.
  • Manage contracts and suppliers, sharing insights and driving reviews.
  • Innovate solutions to maximize value.
  • Support Supplier Relationship Managers and ensure SRM policy compliance.
  • Define and monitor KPIs & SLAs for supplier performance.
  • Contribute to savings initiatives and cost mitigation.
  • Lead negotiations to achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Adapt to changing priorities with agility.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Indirect Procurement, preferably in Technology.
  • Background in a Category-led team environment.
  • Proficiency with e-Procurement and P2P systems.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Effective communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
  • Numerate with strong commercial acumen.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
