What You'll Do

  • Engage with potential new customers primarily through cold calling, while also leveraging multiple channels such as emails and Linked In to identify new opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Support prospects in understanding N‑able’s value and how our solutions can contribute to their business success.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives across Europe to ensure that generated appointments progress effectively through the sales funnel.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer and prospect interactions using CRM tools (Salesforce and Outreach).
  • Proactively invest in professional development by participating in training sessions, sharing best practices, and learning from colleagues across the sales organization.
  • This role is hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in the Edinburgh office and 2 days from home. Requires native or fluent Italian or C1 speaking proficiency.
