We are looking to hire a Security Program Manager on a fixed‑term basis in our Edinburgh or Dundee hub. The role is initially for 6 months. It is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in the office.
What You’ll Do
- Experience working in an enterprise or vendor security program.
- Manage the project delivery stream for our major security initiatives related to Operations, Architecture, AppSec, and Compliance.
- Take ownership of assigned products, manage, influence and report; create technical project plans and charters and oversee their execution.
- Actively participate and lead security projects, gathering requirements, engaging the team, developing and tracking milestones, and strategic budget planning.
- Collaborate with Security, IT, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management and DevOps to align resources and priorities for security initiatives.
- Have senior to expert level technical skills and be able to verify timelines and project schedules based on technical experience and ensure projects are completed holistically; documentation, training, production monitoring, escalation paths, etc.
- Implement enterprise compliance programs (ISO27001, SOC2, or similar) and creatively remove project barriers and blockers.

- Strong track record of relevant security/program management experience.
- Strong organization and project management skills – proven experience managing global security projects.
- Experience with cloud technologies (specifically AWS and Azure) and multiple security solutions (SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Monitoring, etc.).
- Advanced TCP/IP networking experience and understanding.
- Strong risk analysis and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with SmartSheet and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Team player with great verbal and written communication skills.
