p These positions require working in strong US-aligned hours (Monday, Tuesday Thursday 12pm - 9pm AND Wednesday Friday 9am - 6pm) /strong to closely work with the UK and US-based clients. /p p You will play a critical role in ensuring: /p ul li Contractors who need to secure business insurance quickly so they can start work without delays /li li Drivers who are validated and need to be insured with strong Motor Truck Cargo (MTC) /strong and strong Goods in Transit (GIT) /strong cover so they can accept jobs on Shiply and/or similar platform /li /ul p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li strong High-volume outbound calling: /strong Make a large number of daily calls to contractors and drivers using strong Orum /strong or similar parallel-dialling tools. /li li strong CRM discipline: /strong Accurately manage leads, call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in strong HubSpot /strong . /li li strong Insurance validation onboarding: /strong Explain insurance requirements set by recruitment firms, MSPs and platforms such as Shiply. /li /ul p br /p p strong Shiply driver support: /strong /p ul li Validate existing insurance documents for drivers /li li Clearly explain gaps or validation failures /li li Convert drivers to strong Motor Truck Cargo (MTC) /strong and strong Goods in Transit (GIT) /strong insurance where required /li li strong Quote walkthroughs: /strong Guide customers through insurance quotes, coverage details, and next steps. /li li strong Conversion focus: /strong Drive strong conversion rates from quote to purchase with speed and accuracy. /li li strong Stakeholder alignment: /strong Work in coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding. /li li strong Product mastery: /strong Build deep knowledge of Jove’s insurance products (contractor business insurance, MTC, GIT). /li li strong Performance execution: /strong Consistently meet or exceed daily KPIs across dials, connects, validations, and conversions. /li /ul p br /p p strong Process improvement: /strong Provide feedback to improve scripts, workflows, and tooling. /p p br /p p strong About You /strong /p ul li Proven experience in strong sales, telesales or call-centre environments /strong , ideally in insurance, recruitment, logistics, or financial services. /li li strong Tech-savvy and systems-driven /strong , with hands-on experience using: /li li strong CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) /strong /li li strong Auto-diallers / sales engagement tools (Orum preferred) /strong /li li Comfortable navigating multiple systems while on calls. /li li Confident, articulate communicator with strong objection-handling skills. /li li strong Target-driven, resilient and motivated by commission /strong . /li li Able to quickly understand and explain structured, compliance-driven products. /li li Experience working with contractors, drivers, or gig-economy workers is a strong advantage. /li li Comfortable working strong US-aligned hours /strong /li li Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-led environment. /li /ul p br /p p Contact Talitha Hendricks to apply - talithah@resourgenix.com /p p /p
