MZA Consulting Engineers is a building services and acoustic design consultancy based in London, working with clients throughout the UK and Ireland across a wide range of industry sectors. This is a permanent position and during your apprenticeship, after completion of your degree, MZA will be committed to your development and career progression, supporting you as you work towards becoming a fully Chartered engineer.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of our project teams to assist in the development of sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
- Undertaking electrical calculations.
- Assisting in the development of designs and the production of drawings.
- Developing skills in using engineering software including AutoCad for 2D drawings, and Revit for 3D modelling.
- Preparing specifications.
- Attending meetings with project teams.
- Site visits, surveys and inspections monitoring progress on site and seeing first-hand the designs and projects being brought to life.
- Overseeing the construction and testing.
