The Role
We're looking for an experienced and commercially sharp Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own and drive the performance of the MZ SKIN e-commerce channel. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role sits at the heart of our commercial operation - combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across site management, CRM, merchandising, promotions, and performance analysis.
This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We're looking for a self‑starter with a proactive mindset who can hit the ground running, bring fresh ideas to the table, and take real ownership of growing our e-commerce performance.
The Person We're Looking For
You’ll have a strong track record in e-commerce - ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury - and a genuine passion for what makes a great online experience. Beyond the technical skills, you’ll have a sharp eye for what looks good: from how products are merchandised on a PLP to how an email is laid out, the details matter to you.
You’ll be performance‑driven and analytically minded, able to translate data into decisions, and always thinking about the next opportunity to improve conversion, AOV, and revenue. You’ll come with ideas, not just a checklist.
Specifically, you’ll bring:
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify (or a comparable e‑commerce platform - Shopify strongly preferred)
- Strong CRM and email marketing expertise, ideally using Klaviyo
- A track record of delivering against revenue targets and driving measurable results
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards across everything you produce
- Confidence managing external agency partners and collaborating cross‑functionally
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Owning e-commerce revenue targets and delivering against monthly and quarterly goals
- Managing day‑to‑day site operations, merchandising, and on‑site storytelling across PLPs, PDPs, and the homepage
- Defining and executing our CRM strategy, including weekly promotional emails, automated workflows, and ongoing optimisation
- Managing our CRM agency and website developer, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring output is on‑brief, on‑time, and on‑brand
- Working closely with our SEO freelancer to identify and implement ongoing improvements to site performance and organic visibility
- Planning and executing our trade calendar, including promotions, bundles, and key trading moments
- Supporting product launches to ensure a seamless, commercially optimised customer journey
- Reporting on key KPIs daily, with clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Data, NPD and Operations teams
