Remote – UK. Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications).

Our client is an established, global leading relocation company with a portfolio of international businesses and over 30 employees in the UK. The company has relocated more than 600 foreign professionals in 2025 to the UK and Europe. This role will bring immigration services in‑house and support the expansion of end‑to‑end relocation services for corporate clients worldwide.

Day to day

  • Process and advise on UK visa applications for corporate clients
  • Manage European relocation cases and provide strategic guidance
  • Deliver immigration compliance advice and ensure regulatory adherence
  • Support corporate clients with relocation strategy and implementation
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases
  • Liaise with government agencies and immigration authorities
  • Provide timely updates and advice to clients throughout the application process and identify and escalate complex cases requiring senior review

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Immigration Adviser Levels 1‑3 (IAA); minimum IAA Level 2 required (formerly OISC Level 2)
  • Proven experience working with corporate businesses on UK relocations
  • Knowledge of European immigration and relocation processes
  • Minimum 2‑3 years in immigration advisory or related field
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong organisational skills

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with multiple European immigration systems
  • Knowledge of post‑Brexit immigration regulations
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with immigration case management software
  • Understanding of corporate tax implications of relocation
  • Multilingual capabilities (particularly European languages)
