We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Education Creator to aid in the development and management of high-quality digital education resources in the areas of diabetes and wider public health. The postholder will play a key role in supporting the company’s international expansion, ensuring educational content is culturally appropriate, accurately translated, and consistent across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new online learning courses and public education resources, particularly in diabetes and related health areas.
  • Manage and update existing educational content to ensure it remains current, accurate, and evidence-based.
  • Use eLearning platforms (Learndash) to build, maintain, and publish courses.
  • Oversee website content related to education, including updates and improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, clinicians, and external partners.
  • Help prepare and co-ordinate reviews of translated educational content into multiple languages, working with external translation providers and internal reviewers.
  • Support the adaptation of educational resources for international audiences, including culturally appropriate content.
  • Ensure a high level of quality assurance, attention to detail, and consistency across all educational outputs.

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of diabetes, non-diabetic hyperglycaemia, cardiovascular and renal disease and other long term health conditions, with an understanding of evidence-based health education.
  • Proven experience in developing health-related educational materials.
  • Experience using eLearning platforms such as LearnDash and/or Moodle.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong general IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office packages, file-sharing systems, email and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience updating and managing website content.
  • Clear evidence of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent English grammar and writing skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience supporting international or multi-language education projects.
  • Ability to read and/or write Arabic.
