Role Description
The Senior Pay & Bill Implementer role is a full-time hybrid role based in the UK, with flexibility for part of the work to be completed from home.
In this position, the individual will lead end-to-end implementation of mywage’s pay and bill solutions for new and existing clients, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Day-to-day activities include analysing client payroll and billing processes, mapping workflows into the platform, coordinating data migration, and validating outputs against client expectations.
The role also involves training client teams, creating documentation, and serving as a subject-matter expert on pay & bill best practices, compliance requirements, and system capabilities.
The Pay & Bill Senior Implementer will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve issues, optimise configurations, and contribute feedback to continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in pay & bill implementation, payroll operations, or billing within recruitment or staffing, including end-to-end process design and configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical configurations, and perform detailed testing and validation.
- Comfort working with Saa S platforms and enterprise systems; experience with Salesforce-based solutions or AI-powered tools is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead workshops, conduct training, and produce clear documentation.
- Proven organisational and problem-solving skills, including managing multiple implementations, prioritizing tasks, and meeting project timelines.
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry and familiarity with compliance, invoicing, and revenue assurance processes are strong advantages.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; prior senior or lead implementation experience preferred.
