Vitacress Salads is seeking a Night Hygiene Team Leader to head a team of 11 operatives at our production facility in Hampshire. You will oversee nightly cleaning, ensure HACCP/GMP/BRC compliance, and drive food safety standards while coordinating with production, engineering and quality teams.
The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and strong record-keeping. Night shifts run 18:00–06:00 on a 4 on/4 off pattern with monthly pay on the 25th.
