About MYVAGON
MYVAGON is Greece's 1st Digital Freight Platform, connecting Shippers, Carriers and Truck Drivers around loads and their transportation. MYVAGON is a digital platform operating in the logistics and transportation space, with the ambition to bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to an industry that is still largely manual and fragmented. We are currently in a critical phase: moving from obscurity to awareness, and from awareness to lead generation and user acquisition. Marketing plays a central role in this transition.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Intern (Growth & Awareness) to support and accelerate MYVAGON’s marketing execution across digital and offline channels. The primary objective of this role is to increase awareness and notoriety of MYVAGON in Greece and across Europe, and to generate leads and sign-ups that feed directly into the sales pipeline. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with significant autonomy. The intern will work closely with the founding team and will be expected to both execute predefined initiatives and proactively propose new ideas.
Primary Objectives
- Increase awareness and visibility of MYVAGON (move the brand out of obscurity and into the market’s awareness)
- Generate leads and user sign-ups (ideally without requiring direct sales team involvement)
- Support sales and growth efforts through consistent, relevant, and persistent marketing actions
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Channel Execution (Core Responsibility)
- Create, adapt, and publish content across multiple channels, including: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Email, Messaging channels (e.g. Viber, push notifications)
- Produce a steady flow of: social media posts, short-form content, visuals and simple videos
- Repurpose existing materials (presentations, onboarding content, product explanations) into marketing-ready assets
- Adapt tone and messaging depending on the audience: existing users, prospects, broader market
- Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
- Support and execute campaigns aimed at: lead generation, user acquisition, reactivation of existing users
- Help set up and maintain: email campaigns, messaging sequences, simple automated workflows
- Coordinate with founders to turn growth ideas into concrete campaigns
- Track basic campaign performance and iterate based on results
- Omnichannel & CRM Involvement
- Actively work with MYVAGON’s omnichannel and CRM tools to understand what messages and channels perform best and avoid wasting effort on low-impact activities
- Help maintain organized schedules for: user communications, reminders, recurring campaigns
- Contribute to creating persistent brand presence and top-of-mind awareness
- Initiative & Experimentation (50% of the Role)
- Propose new marketing initiatives aligned with MYVAGON’s objectives
- Pitch ideas to the founding team and execute approved initiatives
- Explore new channels, formats, or approaches that could drive awareness or leads
- Learn from what works and what doesn’t, and adjust quickly
- Market, Competitor & Trend Research
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
- Research trends in logistics, transport, and tech marketing
- Bring inspiration and ideas from other industries that could work for MYVAGON
- Share insights with the founding team to inform messaging and campaigns
- Community, Brand & Event Support (Secondary)
- Support basic community engagement initiatives (content, blog ideas, user stories)
- Assist with marketing materials for events or partnerships when applicable
- Help maintain brand consistency across assets and channels
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Student or recent graduate in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
- First hands-on experience in digital marketing is a plus (projects, internships, personal initiatives)
Skills & Competencies
- Full professional fluency in English (internal working language of the team)
- Knowledge of Greek (written and spoken) is a strong plus, particularly for local campaigns and community engagement
- Strong ease of use with AI and generative tools for content creation and productivity, including (but not limited to): ChatGPT or similar tools for copywriting and ideation, Image and visual generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva), AI-assisted video or animation tools (e.g. Runway, Synthesia, HeyGen, CapCut)
- Ability to use AI as a creative co-pilot, not as a crutch — generating ideas quickly, iterating fast, and adapting content to different formats and channels
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms (CRM, omnichannel platforms, social media, email tools, basic analytics)
- Ability to execute tasks independently, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Basic analytical mindset and interest in understanding what works, what doesn’t, and why
Mindset
- Action-oriented and hands-on
- Comfortable experimenting and iterating
- Not afraid to “get hands dirty” with tools and execution
- Interested in startups, technology, and growth
- Motivated by impact rather than hierarchy
Benefits
- Internship-level compensation (aligned with local standards)
- Remote-friendly, with flexibility
- Direct collaboration with the founding team
- Duration: 6 months, with potential for full-time extension
