UNiDAYS, the world’s leading Student Affinity Network, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our client base and driving business growth by connecting global brands with the student demographic.
As a BDM at UNiDAYS, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the benefits of partnering with UNiDAYS.
- Collaborating closely with Business Development Directors and Category Leads to strategise and implement effective outreach and sales campaigns.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
What we need from you:
- A very ambitious, dynamic and driven individual with experience in SaaS sales, consulting, and marketing/media, with a proven track record of solution-focused selling.
- Experience with partner/agency/affiliate management, business development, and negotiations.
- A deep understanding of the e-commerce industry with a focus on the tools and technologies that enable ad serving, insights/surveying, philanthropic marketing, and retail/in-store experience.
- Experience selling to C-levels and VPs that hold brand and advertising budgets will be beneficial.
