We have an exciting opportunity for a secretary to join our Legal 500 Tier 1 corporate team in Tunbridge Wells. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to join our Corporate transactional team. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior fee earners involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, reorganisations, and restructures.
In this fastâpaced and clientâfocused role, you will be an integral part of the team, providing highâquality administrative and secretarial support. Likely tasks would include:
- Diary management (including arranging meetings, travel, calls and lunches)
- Building relationships with clients and internal contacts
- Meeting preparation on behalf of fee earners, including document location and light document amendments
- Administrative support with completions
About You: Experienced secretaries or administrators candidates with strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion. A passion for excellent empathetic client care and ability to be adaptable.
