We have an exciting new role for an ambitious Commercial Property Associate to join our growing team at Cripps. Working within the Commercial Property team, you’ll advise a diverse client base on a broad range of property matters, with exposure to high-quality transactional and advisory work from day one. This is a role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership of matters, build strong client relationships and play an active part in the continued success of the team. What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial property work, supporting clients through transactions and advisory matters from start to finish.
- Advising clients clearly and pragmatically on commercial property issues.
- Managing matters through the full lifecycle of a transaction.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Working closely with colleagues across the team on complex and varied matters.
- Ensuring clients are kept informed and supported throughout.
- Taking responsibility for the quality, accuracy and delivery of your work.
You’ll also contribute to the wider success of the team by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and getting involved in business development activity. We take a collaborative approach to business development and encourage everyone to play a part.

About you:
You’ll likely be a qualified solicitor with relevant PQE gained in a respected regional, national or City firm, with experience in commercial property work. Beyond your technical ability, you’ll be someone who:

- Communicates clearly and effectively.
