The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious designer to join our growing team at an exciting, agile start-up that’s already making a meaningful impact. This is an opportunity for a curious creative who thrives on variety. Someone who can confidently move between projects and disciplines, from brand identities and marketing campaigns to digital, print, web, and motion design. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the wider Mytr team to bring bold ideas to life across both physical and digital spaces. Key Responsibilities

  • Work on creative briefs from start to finish both internally and externally
  • Design across brand, marketing, print, digital, social and web for the commercial property sector and wider industries.
  • Contribute with innovative and original ideas towards creative outcomes, striving to create design work that is both unique and delivers results.
  • Create high quality design work and compelling presentations, from persuasive pitch decks to detailed spec documents
  • Learn and grow through constructive feedback.
  • Create, experiment and play with motion graphics, animations, and video content
  • Jump into a variety of briefs, bringing adaptability and fresh ideas
  • Stay culturally tuned-in, bringing trends, references, and inspiration into the studio
  • Bring energy, ambition, and a proactive mindset to the studio every day

What we’re looking for

  • Out the box ideas, supported by considered storytelling and conceptual intrigue
  • A collaborative, can-do mindset. Someone who is happy to flex, learn and support across projects and disciplines
  • 2+ years of industry experience with a portfolio showcasing bold, impactful brand identity or marketing work
  • An interest in motion design, with skills in After Effects (Cinema 4D/Blender is a bonus)
  • Expertise in Adobe CC and Figma
  • Solid communication skills, articulating ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively.
