Casual Exam Invigilators £14.88per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Myton is a very popular, high performing academy school, situated between Warwick and Leamington Spa. Myton School offer students an exciting curriculum and a huge range of extra‑curricular opportunities within a safe, secure, and supportive environment. To ensure continued academic success and to maintain exam integrity we are recruiting people to join our friendly and diverse group of invigilators.
Exams are usually held from November to February and from May to July. You will need to commit to at least 5 sessions a week throughout May and June (excluding May half term week). A morning session is from 8:15am (for approx. 3 hours) and an afternoon session is from 12:30pm (for approx.3 hours). There are 5 morning sessions and 5 afternoon sessions a week.
No previous experience is necessary, just high-level accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to maintain calm and disciplined exam conditions. Some Invigilators may also act as a scribe and/or a reader for identified students. Appointments will be on a Casual Worker Agreement with work offered on a flexible “as required” basis. There will be an expectation to complete some training in person and online, which will be paid to aid development in this area.
