Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will shape the manufacturing plan and drive performance improvements while maintaining the Morrisons and third-party customer relationships.
You will build a people-driven culture, set KPIs, oversee CAPEX, ensure compliance, and deliver high quality products on time and in full.
