At Myton Food Group, we supply a wide range of products to a diverse customer base, including major retailers, foodservice providers, and other commercial partners. Our Deeside site is a high-performing, fast-paced operation, handling high and low-risk cooked and uncooked meat products. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Site Manager with the experience, energy and leadership to take the site to the next level.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full site operation, from raw material intake to finished goods despatch ensuring safety, efficiency and great quality every step of the way
- Be a subject matter expert for cooked meats, processing and quality - ensuring we get it right, every time
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across Production, Technical, Engineering and Hygiene
- Champion best-in-class standards across safety, service, people and cost
- Build and maintain a culture where people thrive, collaborate, and consistently deliver for a broad mix of customers
- Drive continuous improvement, leveraging automation, data, and lean ways of working
- Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to support growth, innovation and future investment
- Play a lead role in launching new products and delivering CAPEX projects
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Director within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong technical and compliance background with a food safety-first mindset
