As Manufacturing Key Operative – Machine you’ll work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines to ensure quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. It’s fast paced, high volume and demanding; but rewarding knowing that you’re part of a team contributing to a quality product being delivered for our customers.
Responsibilities
- You will run the production line, conduct system set ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and will aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway.
Qualifications
- Ideally has previous experience of working in a production environment with machinery
- Has strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Works well as part of a team and enjoys being physically active
- Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout shift where tasks are repetitive
- Is open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures
