Overview

As a Manufacturing Key Operative – Machine, you will work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines, ensuring quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume, demanding role that rewards by contributing to a quality product delivered to the customer.

You will run the production line, conduct system set‑ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime, and giveaway.

Shift Pattern

6 am to 6 pm, rotating: Week 1 – Mon, Thurs & Fri; Week 2 – Tues, Wed, Sat & Sun.

About You

  • Ideally, previous experience in a production environment with machinery
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Works well as part of a team and is physically active
  • Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout repetitive tasks
  • Is open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures
